My faith and family come first. They shape how I live, how I lead, and how I do business.

With more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality, technology, video, and security industries, I am an entrepreneur focused on building companies that solve real problems and deliver lasting value to customers around the world.

Years ago, I adopted a simple principle for my life and business: Help other people get what they want. That principle continues to guide how I serve customers, support my team, and build relationships. I believe lasting success comes from helping others succeed and following through on what you promise.

I have founded and led multiple technology companies with a focus on reliability, innovation, and customer service. I work to build teams that take ownership, think creatively, hold one another accountable, and get things done.

Today, I oversee global operations, finance, growth strategy, and product development across multiple companies. My work spans hospitality technology, streaming video, and security, with a straightforward goal: helping customers operate more efficiently and deliver a better experience for the people they serve.
